Over the past 57 years since the club was formed, it has won multiple awards for its participation in various conservation programs

Since 1953, the membership of the Barrie District Hunters & Anglers Conservation Club have taken consistent, direct action to improve our local wildlife habitats, care for and protect our local environment and increase community awareness for environmental causes

Conservation Programs

Creek, watershed and roadway cleanup, turtle nesting project, tree planting, community service are only a few projects from the long list of conservation initiatives that BDHACC completes every year

Over the years of club’s existence, Barrie District Hunters & Anglers Conservation Club has won multiple trophies and awards, including The Young Conservation Champion award, Mary Pickford Trophy, John Graves Simcoe Award of Excellence, and others
